Five Star Properties - Portugal

We worked with different agents and agencies while looking for our house, some good some not so, but Marisa is just a different league. She really understands what you are looking for, makes sure you don't lose time on things that are not a great fit, even though that means visiting it herself. And when you find the right place, she knows how to get the deal done. It won't be soon :), but we'll definitely work with her again.

Right from the beginning, Guilherme was friendly and very professional. Very knowledgeable about property in Cascais. He worked hard to find us a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment. Nothing was too much for him and he went over and beyond what we expected from a real estate agent. We would highly recommend him.

Very efficient, professional and friendly service. We sold our apartment and bought 2 houses with them and it was a fantastic experience - thank you!

When we decided to purchase an apartment, our lawyer recommended Marisa as an agent who was thoughtful, experienced and focused on giving her clients excellent attention and service. This was true in her work with us as she used her significant experience to deliver thoughtful and personalized care with a high level of honesty and integrity. She understood and honored our requirements and budget, while offering excellent suggestions about location, size and type of building. As we searched ‘Idealista’ for listings, she provided insight into the properties we found and provided additional listings to consider that met our parameters. She was able to find the location for listings that allowed us to see the buildings before arranging a visit, saving us a lot of time. Having found the property we desired, Marisa’s experience was invaluable in determining the size of our offer. Following its acceptance, she worked effectively with us and our lawyer to ensure the due diligence and documentation was completed on schedule and budget. We are very satisfied with Marisa’s expert and thoughtful assistance. Most importantly, living happily in our new home, we are very pleased with our purchase.
