Fabíola is a great real estate agent in Porto and North of Portugal. She is very experienced and understands the needs, requirements, aspirations and expectations of its clients better than anyone. I stronlgy recommnend the services of Fabíola if you want to buy or sell a property successfully.

Fabiola recently helped us find an apartment in Porto. She was very helpful and highly responsive whenever we had questions or issues. Her follow-up was superb. It was a very positive and successful experience working with her.

We found Fabiola more than a year ago though several high recommendations on the Americans in Porto FB group. When we first contacted Fabiola more than a year ago, we spoke for at least an hour or more. She was very enthusiastic and wanted to know all about us, what was going on with us selling our home in the Algarve, and what we would like for her to do. We were so impressed with her enthusiasm to help us out no matter where we were in our selling process. For over a year, before our home sold, we were in regular contact, we would send her listings we liked and she would check them out, again, this over a year before we sold our home and she was already working for us. She would answer our emails within a day or two and always willing to talk on the phone, communication was excellent. Fabiola always maintained a very positive attitude encouraging us that our home in the Algarve would sell soon. As a person, Fabiola is very professional and maintains a positive outlook, even when we thought our Algarve home would take forever to sell, she stayed in touch and would tell us our new home will be found and we will love it. Her empathy, understanding, and support helped us to feel that things would work out. A year before we sold our condo in the Algarve, we were told we had a buyer that was going to make an offer. We became very excited, we contacted Fabiola who had our lists of musts, desires and location for a new home and made a trip north. Again, we sent her a few listings, she took all of this information and came up with a list of places to see. When we got to Porto Fabiola spent three days taking us all around. We found a place in a neighborhood we loved, unfortunately our buyer offer fell through. We went back to the Algarve and continued the selling process. We found out the place we loved was sold. It was many months later, Fabiola still kept in touch, we had a buyer and this was it. We took a quick trip up to the Porto area, and once again Fabiola was right there for us, she had several packed days of listings. The first day, we very much like a place we saw, Fabiola turned to my husband and said, wait until tomorrow. The next day, the second showing was in that same Gaia neighborhood we fell in love with over a year past. The place she showed us was incredibly exactly what we were looking for in our favorite place, 2 blocks from the condo we had loved earlier. How many people can say that they are 100% happy in the perfect place! Fabiola did not stop at finding the right home for us but brought in a team of people to help us get through purchase process long distance because we were going to deed in the Algarve with 3 weeks of our place in Gaia. Anything that came up, Fabiola was right there to solve any issues, she is an amazingly kind person that will put anyone at ease right away. We never worried or concerned, Fabiola made sure we could focus on our sale and moving and balance our new home purchase. Fabiola would always say, don’t worry, I’ll take care of it, what it was at the time. Imagine a realtor giving so much to clients who were months, to over a year from being able to purchase, and making you feel like you are her only client. This is compassion, dedication, and genuinely caring for every client she has. ReMax is very fortunate to have such a hardworking, positive, and dedicated agent for their clients. We know Fabiola kept an eye on the area we love and made a point to watch what was going on in the area. We made an offer two days after they got their habitation license. We’ve been here two months and extremely happy every single day! And our cat…. Fabiola kept our old buddy in mind as well; the place is perfect for him and he’s just as happy. We can't thank her enough for all she has done! We have already informed several people that we know that Fabiola is the agent of choice here in the Gaia/Porto area and they should use her to buy and sell properties.

Fabiola is sucha great agent! She found us the perfect property, even when I was not sure what I wanted 😌 She and her colleagues managed everything about the purchase as my buying agent, and she goes out of her way to help with anything else that comes comes up on the way! Fabiola Verissimo from RE/MAX Matosinhos has been our agent to assist us with leasing a beautiful apartment in Matosinhos.
