We are in the process of applying for our D7 Visa and needed assistance with our Portuguese lease. The landlord did not have a prepared lease. We secured the services of Sara Filipa Jerónimo and Olivier Serne. They were patient, professional, and extremely helpful with creating a compliant D7 Visa lease. They also assisted us (tenants) with advice regarding lease terms and the landlord with registering the lease. Even with numerous changes we requested and challenges, the KW team stayed positive and supportive. Thank you so much for helping us make our new chapters of our lives come true.

César was incredible to work with. We were not in the country so he helped us select several apartments that fit our needs. Then he visited our top choices and took detailed videos with the pros and cons of each. Once we made a decision, he took is step-by-step through the lease process and made sure we understood everything we were agreeing to. I highly recommend him and will definitely call him again when I need a realtor
