First, 5 stars is not enough. I wonder if I could write to Google to add more stars just for Pedro 🤔. In any case...he is truly the best of the best. He is knowledgeable, professional, and his communication is fast and clear. He is honest and thoughtful and goes well beyond the extra mile. I moved to Portugal from the U.S., three years ago with my then 1-year-old daughter. Pedro helped us find a great apartment, within my budget. When we arrived, he met us at the airport with the van driver I hired and went with us to our new place (about an hour and a half from Lisbon where he works). Once there, he set up all the services and guided me through the process of switching utilities over to my name. We walked around town and grabbed lunch before he headed back. But, oh no, I forgot my baby seat in the van! No worries, Pedro contacted him and asked him to hold on to it. Then a few months later he was in my area and remembered the seat and brought it with him! During our first several months to a year here, there were a lot of random questions that came up. And Pedro was usually my first call. Being able to reach out to him, and always being met with kindness, patience and a willingness to guide me through, was such a comfort in a place where everything was so new. Pedro humanizes his clients and builds real relationships. I will forever be deeply grateful to him, sing his praises and recommend him every chance I get. Pedro is all the things. Period.

We also have had a great experience with Pedro Silva Remax he helped us to secure a D7 lease property remotely from the US West coast and then again when we moved within Portugal. He h as answered a lot of questions and been a huge help and I want to add all this despite not much money in the deals for him. We will not hesitate to call Pedro anytime we are considering a move. Not sure he actually sleeps since we got very fast response to our messages at all hours.

I can’t say enough good things about Pedro. He helped find us an apartment in Estoril and worked with a difficult property management company in getting things squared away. He set up all our utilities for us. And he kept helping us for weeks afterwards (see difficult management company). We couldn’t have moved halfway across the world without him.

Pedro was the first Portuguese person I met who really assisted me with my relocation to his marvelous country. He read my lease during my negotiations and made several suggestions that a lawyer missed. He set up my utilities for me, aired out my vacant apartment until I received my D7, and continues to guide me through some of the mazes of Portuguese bureaucracy. He has become a great friend since I met him 4 years ago. (I truly enjoy our conversations about current events, politics, culture.) Pedro responds quickly to texts and emails, speaks fabulous English, has a winning sense of humor, and has not disappointed anyone I have referred to him. He's a gem!

My wife and I began working remotely with Pedro Silva in July 2022 when we were looking for an apartment to finalize our visa application. When we found a property that we were interested in, Pedro talked to the listing agent and was on-site for a video tour in 3 hours. The apartment met all of our expressed needs and we proceeded with making an offer with Pedro’s guidance. Our offer was accepted same day and the lease reviewed and signed two days later. This was an extremely fast turnaround and was only possible with Pedro’s excellent level of communication and years of experience. Getting the lease in place was only the beginning of assistance that Pedro provided. He also helped with getting utilities established, communication around furniture delivery, and keeping an eye on the apartment while we were still in the U.S. Here it is more than 2.5 years later and we have stayed in contact with Pedro. We loved working with Pedro.  He helped us from start to finish in obtaining our desired apartment prior to moving to Lisbon. He arranged for a video tour, checked out the apartment, negotiated the lease, had a legal review of the lease and guided us through the whole process with a few video calls and always a prompt WhatsApp response.  The added bonus was setting up all utilities (electric, water, internet/cable/telephone) and having a cleaner have the apartment ready.  He met us at the airport along with his recommended transport guy to handle all of our bags.  And he was there to answer our initial questions as we settled in.  He also helped answer a few questions as we renewed for a second year.  He made the process seamless, transparent and easy!
