TEN STARS! ⭐️✨ As a Realtor myself, based in Texas, I approached my search for an apartment in Porto, Portugal very intentionally and with a trained eye. I found Andre Fernandez through my own research on Facebook, reading what others had shared about their experiences with him. Based on those reviews, I decided to take a chance and reach out—and I’m so glad I did. Andre and I first connected around August 2025, and from the very first conversation, he was clear, organized, and professional. He contacted me via WhatsApp, explained exactly what information and documents he needed, and once I sent everything over, he and his assistant, Deise, immediately got to work by sending me properties to view so they could be scheduled to see. When I arrived in Portugal (Lisbon) in late November, Andre stayed in communication with me, asking where I was staying and explaining some of the different areas in Porto. He even gave me guidance on how to get around—something that meant a lot as someone new to the country. The day after I arrived in Porto, Andre showed me four properties. While some of the homes weren’t quite the right fit, one in particular stayed on my mind. I couldn’t stop thinking about it. When I told Andre I wanted to make an offer on that particular home, he suggested we still see the fourth property just to be thorough—and I appreciated that level of professionalism and care. After confirming my instincts, Andre called the landlord/listing agent on the spot, submitted the offer that evening, and guided me through the entire process seamlessly. From submitting documents to signing the lease, everything was handled efficiently and smoothly. Andre took the time to explain the pros and (if any) cons of the neighborhood, gave me local insight, showed me around, and even shared recommendations for cafés, pastry shops, and places to eat. His knowledge of Porto and genuine desire to make sure I felt confident in my decision truly stood out. Coming from a Realtor’s standpoint, I can honestly say Andre is trustworthy, dependable, reliable, and extremely professional. He is someone who takes pride in his work and cares about his clients—not just closing a deal. I’m incredibly grateful for his support and guidance, and I would absolutely work with him again and recommend him to anyone looking to rent or buy in Porto, Portugal. ⭐️✨

It's really difficult to rent an apartment when you are outside of Portugal and Andre helped up every step of the way. He went above and beyond and visited apartments for us providing video walkthroughs and providing valuable insights into the area and nearby amenities. On top of all this, he helped us to communicate with the landlord and with the contract to ensure all of the requirements were met. I highly recommend Andre, especially for any Americans who are hoping to move to Porto.

As a first time buyer in Portugal, and as a successful California Real Estate agent, I truly understand the complexities of buying a property, and that there is a great deal of money involved.
